His training is large and eclectic: over 30 years he has mastered world cuisine, hotels, restaurant chains, etc. His reputation is well established among his peers, as well as his faithful clientele.
The unique appeal of l’Ambroisie is the result of an original concept, combining all the functionality of a full service business clientele restaurant, with the charm of a bistro that offers affordable and delicious group menus, to create memorable custom events.
