Executive chef and owner of the Ambroisie since 2006, Stuart Abrams is a passionate entrepreneur. From Toronto to Montreal, and coast to coast in Canada and the U.S., he experimented with food from all around the world.

He built a successful career as a head chef in restaurants and five stars hotels, while teaching promising hardworking cooks through apprenticeship programs. His reputation is well established among his peers, as well as his enthusiastic customers.
